It seems like they got the ideas for this from watching me use windows and then realizing there are about 20 times for windows zealots then mac users switched the words window for mac and started taping.

Why is it that everyone thinks all mac users are zealots and awhile I'm minding my own business start hounding me about how apple doesn't innovate or showing me yet another apple ad parody. Not talking about you guys though.

As for the CD burning. You cant undo a burnt CD if you want to take a file off. You put all the files in the disc that you want and then hit the burn icon. A little radioactive icon (which I think is self explanatory). It use to make a temp "iso" image which you could use to do alot of things besides burning a disc, but thats changed to just being a shortcut till you are really sure you want to burn the disc.

Why is it that I never a windows ad parody. Is it just me or are those ads really depressing.

Sorry about ranting but if I'm going to do it I might as well be able to link to it so I don't have to do it to often.

EDIT

I also hate the term PC and how it's used as anything other than a Mac. Do you ever hear about PC vs. Linux debates? PC means personal computer, not windows. A mac system is a PC, a windows system is a PC, and a linux system is a PC if it's used like one. In my mind there are Personal Computer (ie. iMac, Alienware Area-51), Purpose Built Handhelds (ie. iPhone, Palm, Blackberry, GP2X), and Servers (ie. I mean industrial servers, not a repurpose PC).

Good word, Zealot, probable the best word, but I just loved the video. MAC's definately have their place but as Nill said its the zealots who are the pains.

Its one of those rare vids that brings the MAC in to reality, for me at least.

I spent a solid 2.5 hours in the Apple store in the mall browsing over OSX. I upset the sales people on Sunday, when they saw the console prompt and I started mounting and unmounting devices.

Mac is still a sweet, smooth functioning OS, but it still is sort of like what that guy said in the video.

Your sort of feel like that the PC is allowing you to use it.

I think it just depends on how long you use the system for. Things that seem intuitive to a windows user doesn't work the same on a mac and they forgot how long it took them to learn it when they first got a computer.
