Congrats Nill

Congrats to Nill! He will be promoted to Lance Corporal the next time he logs in. I see he also earned his Basic Armor two days ago, and Basic Anti Tank yesterday.

Now his big decision will be : WHICH UNLOCK should he choose ?!?!?!

Any one have any suggestions?

Ya know... If BF2 was truely a sim, you should have a button to salute and if you don't salute a superior officer you get neg points.

It would obviously have to be when not in a fire fight..

Next time I'm in game I have to remember to salute my superior officers!

You don't salute in a battlefield...the enemy tends to shoot the salutee.

Going back to Murdoch's question about unlocks, it looks like Nill plays assualt and antitank. The G3 is excellent when used single shot and DAO12 is a must have. If it were me though, I'd take the G36C (SpecOps, my favorite kit these days) and the DAO12. It's nice to have an unlock and be able to take out armor at the same time. Of course, the most satisfying weapon is standard equipment... KNIFE!

God this is such a hard choice. Looking back...Ah...I think I would pick the Anti-Tank unlock. I hate the default Anti-Tank gun. Actually, I think I would take the Engineer unlock as I hate that class's default shotgun. The unlock is so much better.

However, the L85A1 (medic) is a really nice unlock too. Come to think of it, I do get killed by the G36C (Spec Ops) a lot.

One thing to remember is... as an Lance C., he only gets 1 unlock. Only Sergeants and above get two keys to the weapons locker.

I have to say...the Knife is the BEST weapon in the game. It is also the HARDEST to learn and make useful.

Hey Nill, how do you like that DAO-12? I love it. It makes a difference over that stock AT gun.

Look at that. You were just promoted last night, and now your 122 points away from your next promotion, and next unlock. However, be sure to choose wisely. After that unlock...your next promotion (unlock) is 1700 points away.

Ok...Congrats! You made it to full Corporal last night. I see you picked the G3! That's a great Assult gun. The best part of that unlock is it give the Assult class hand grenades!

Now..its the long haul. 1700 Points until Sergeant, and your next unlock. Time to enjoy the different maps!
