Hello.. new to the site, just wanted to ask a couple ?'s.. what game is you play the most? is there any prizes?

What game do we play the most?
Great question. I was thinking about putting up a matrix of who plays what. Some of us will play anything, and others choose to stick with a couple of strong titles. Mainly, the core of the NJLP group plays Unreal Tournament (classic and 2004). A slightly smaller subset also loves things Half-Life related. One of our favorites is DMC, and I LOVE DOD. I'm trying to get the guys into it, but its a little hard with only 4 maps. Another game we are slowly getting into is Battlefield2. Beyond that, when we get enough people to actually have a game, we play CounterStrike.
Oh and I forgot to mention QUAKE. We have yet to have a Lan Party using Q4, but I would think enough of the guys would have it by the next party, then all we need is the time to fit it in.
As for the prizes, take a look at the photo galleries. I am getting ready to switch them over to vGallery2, but I haven't moved all the pictures yet. In the mean time, you can see the pictures from the most recent party here:

The majority of the NJLP guys don't have the time for competition. If we had tournaments to give away the prizes, then usually one - two gamers would walk away with all of the prizes, and no body would be interested in coming to the next party. To make it so that everyone has a fair chance, we award the prizes randomly. We do a drawing, and that is the order that you get to visit the PRIZE table and take one of what you want. Its very fair and fun.
