Somewhere down the slickdeals post, someone said the studio that created the game "The Ship" was involved with this.
So it sounds like the SHIP with better graphics.
We'll find out next week.

some reviews/comments on steam call it the "Assassin's Creed multiplayer stand alone", and the graphics don't seem that bad. If the mechanics are similar, shouldn't be too bad.
