[Tech Support]Can't install program after denying permission

I was in the process of installing an antivirus when I realized that I wasn't going to have time to finish, so I denied the program the right to install. Now that I have time, it can't seem to even start. When do I reset those permissions in Windows 7? I'm trying to install Kaspersky if that makes any difference.

Fixed. I just redownloaded the antivirus.
