I'm getting the itch to hold another LANPARTY.
Should we?
How interested would you be to coming. I'm thinking Friday night to Sunday afternoon?

I'm thinking keep the price to $20 or less. Overflow goes to ExtraLife. I might have a line on a hall that i can get for cheep or free.

Scheduling permitting, I would go. Any idea on when? Also, I could see if my Makerspace is willing to host if you can't get a hall. We're always trying to get people in the door with the hopes of recruitment. As long as it doesn't overlap with a educational event, I think it would be ok. It's in New Brunswick, but if it's on the weekend, we'll have the parking to ourselves. Let me know if you want me to ask.

I would add Halo: Online to the list of games. It's free, so there's no reason why not.

I was thinking may or June timeframe. Sooner if scheduling permits, later if that works better for everyone.

I'm thinking starting with board games, then Lan games then Sunday afternoon, board games.

I am also thinking just us. I don't care if non NJLP people come. It would be mainly for us. Kinda like a company picnic. Non members would not be excluded. Primary reason would be so that we don't have to please anyone but us. Members are free to invite anyone they want. It is just that financial success would not be dictated by getting X number of people to attend. Ticket price will be dictated by number of attendees divided by total expense.

What about Memorial Day weekend? That would give us a day to recover. People may have plans though.
