I'm pretty sure you can enable the Halloween mods any time of the year if you're running your own server.Sadly, it ends 11/5. (Two days before Extra-Life 2015.)
And here was an answer...Are there any 24/7 servers that have halloween maps and bosses on them?
Last Halloween was the first TF2 Halloween I experienced and I found it AMAZING. I got scared when HHH chased after me, I fought Monoculus and traveled into the underworld, and I brought a ton of Huntsmans and gave them to people so we could kill Merasmus easier, but I was wondering if there are any servers out there that support Halloween bosses and their maps 24/7, not just during Halloween. I'd really want to fight HHH again cos he's my favorite Halloween boss ( Sorry Merasmus :3) and I'd want to fight him any time I want to, not just once a year for a few days, so if there's anyone out there who knows a server that supports them then PLEASE tell me the name and / or IP address for them so I can check them out. NOTE: I'm looking for a server that not only has the bosses but the maps they're on too, please don't send me links to achievement servers that have the boss in a certain room, I'd like to fight them normally if that's possible. Well now that this is back up I might as well throw in my suggestion. Type "tf_forced_holiday 2" in the console and it will enable quickplay halloween. (Make sure you enable community servers) and it will show pretty much all the servers you can join without any lag.
If you play any map other than halloween, you will have to retype the command. You may alsp get stuck with bots because quickplay counts bots as players for some odd reason.
If you tut it in a notepad document, save it as autoexec.cfg, and save it in SteamApps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/cfg it will be enabled on startup.
