Hey everyone. It's time for FITES again. This is my big LAN for the year so I am excited. I'm going to volunteer to organize the group sale for us and try to get our usual area. It looks like tickets are $40 bucks individually and $30 for 10 or more. They even have an option to buy an extra seat at reduced price for a monitor, server, Bawls, etc.

The dates are slightly different this year. It's March 6-8, 2015.

I'll get grid numbers 5-16 to 5-21 and 6-16 to 6-21.

So it seems we cannot reserve seats before we pay like previous years. So our only option is to buy the block of tickets and transfer them to everyone. The site looks easy. All you have to do is sign in through steam. No payment yet. That way when we buy the tickets we can get a group rate and just transfer them and pick seats.

Just some updates. A hotel room at the FITES rate is $92 a night.

All of the tickets are purchased. You can send money to me via paypal. Message me for the address.

Ok, it looks like we may need that extra grid. That would work out well though. It means that only our people would be sitting and walking around our equipment.

Any word on rooms? What's the event rate discount? Going directly to the Park Inn website, they have a going rate of about $95 a night.

We have 12 which means a full table.

Not sure about the rate. Just called the hotel and they didn't have anything in the system yet.
