Looking for a website with fourms

I am looking for a website that I can use to create forums similar to this site. I would like someone to help me set it up. I was looking at a free domain. I would like to go to a paid site if the trial version works. I am looking for a site for my new tekkit server.

Webmasters is great. It is the one we use here. They have lots of easy install apps, and the money back guarantee really got me. But keep in mind: You pay the whole year in advance.

I'm using GoDaddy and they have monthly and quarterly, and yearly payments. They have multiple web apps for forums to choose from.

Nice suggestions. I have came across 1&1. I think they are having a sale on first year domains. I will look into more of this tomorrow.
