Running Old Games On Windows 7 Computer
Running Old Games On Windows 7 Computer
I wanted to know how I could run some of my old games on my windows 7 computer. I do not have XP. The games that I want to run are sim city 2000. Bought the original cd. I also want to run other games like simulation games. Came across something like dosbox. I have windows 7 professional at home and I click run as windows xp and it dose not work.

SimCity 2000 should run on Win7 without to much tweaking, specifically you may want to make sure you have SimCity2000 Special Edition. Pretty sure that was written to be installed on Vista.
As far as running DOS/winXP stuff on 7 most should be fine using XP mode on 7 but if you want you can run XP instance.
