Trying to spark some interest in STO. If your a player and have an account, looking to setup a weekly or biweekly schedule for game play. You may have a character in STO already, but what I was thinking was starting with a team of 4 or 5 people to start brand new characters that will progress and play together on these set days. Sorta like old time D&D game board sessions but in STO.

Post here if intersted and even days/times you coould possibly set aside for 2 to 4 hours of game play.

Wednesday or Thursday nights for me.

I am most defiantly interested in this. I am very new to the game and would love someone to teach me. I am free Monday, Wednesday after 3:30 and Friday, Saturday pretty much all day.

I'd be interested. Wednesday or Thursday nights are usually good for me as well.

One thing to mention, my new job will have me on the 11AM - 8PM shift so I will be home around 8:30 on weekdays, so I would need to have a 8:45 - 9 PM start.
If we choose a weekend, I would probably say Sunday night would be the best for me. Though I could see Wednesdays as two-three hours of regular sessions and maybe Sunday nights once a month for STFs, Fleet Missions, and other group events.
Are we going to try for weekly sessions, bi-weekly, monthly?

Faction, I guess we would leave that up for vote, we can choose between Klingon, Romulan, and Federation.

We may also have to decide who would want to roll what type character engineer, security, or science.

I'm in. I gave STO a short try when it first came out, got stuck on the first mission and never went back to it until recently, when Murdock talked me into trying again (finally created a new character and was able to not get stuck on the first mission).

Wednesday nights sound pretty good to me, although I may have to miss a couple in the next two months from previously scheduled events...

As this is my first week on my "normal" shift 11-8, I can't start this Wednesday, to much learning going on, so I'm shooting for the 23rd.
