Newbie needs system

Guys , Girls .. (as if )
I have a newbie friend, salivating over UT04 and 03.. but his system is less than robust. Looking for CPU/board, memory, graphics in a system that can support UT04, for a reasonable price. If you have a case and harddrive to go with it .. all the better. looking for anything processing at 1 gig or better... and graphics to please the eye. Post any specs you're interesterd in liquidating right here on the board.
