So....what's everyone doing for rooms for Fites?

My room is all set.

I plan on getting a room at the Ramada Hotel down the street for 150. Any intrest let me know. Hotel that the lan is is a bit more expensive. If you dont mind driving a few miles for that price let me know.

Q:How can I get a discount on my hotel room for this event?
A:Call the hotel front desk (717-697-0321) try to get someone on the phone that is local to Park Inn. Then mention FITES (you may have to spell it for them, because in the past they tried looking up "fights") event that is going on from Feb 22th-24th and that you would like to book a room at the group rate.

Update: (2012-11-15) We have received confirmation on room rates.

interesting. went online and saw 200. called and they said they would have to get back to me about the discount.

big correction for me:
the hotel that I looked into is the Ramada the cost for one night is 59.20. for 2 nights its 118.40. total with tax is 130.00. thats without a discount. fites is 89 per night with discount i believe. willing to drive 8 miles down the road to this hotel for a cheaper rate. figured i post this. It's just me but I would say its not worth it to drive. I think it would be better to just not get a room for the first night.

I am good room wise, have a reservation for the weekend. Wife and son may spend it with me or at a friends house near by.
