Game Recommendations?

Does anyone have any new game recommendations? I like playing shooters obviously, but I don't have a lot of time to play when you guys are online. I'm looking for something I can play single-player, and maybe a different genre. I'm not a fan of RPG's, so none of those. Thanks.

Been playing a lot of Fallout 3, great single player game!
Plus in 8 days Duke comes out! That will be awesome single player mayhem.
Umm but I'm really looking foward to the shrink ray in multiplayer

Hmmmm can you follow Duke
Well the premise of the Duke was pretty straight foward. Aliens were invading our planet bent on taking our women. Duke is sent out to kill the Aliens and save our women. Think of it like the Bruce Cambell movie Army of Darkness, except with aliens and chicks with big boobs. Original Duke was a muti level straight foward shooter but it was the tools that made it fun like the jet pack, freeze gun. and miniturization gun. Take 2 has the raunch and the balls to release it and it looks to be well worth the wait. One of the biggest issues debated, is how the multiplayer CTF doesn't use flags but babes in daisy dukes. You grab the girl and run away with her on your shoulder to your base/babe. Cool part is there is a command to smack her bottom as she rides your shoulder.

If you can get it running 3dRealms still has the original DukeNukem3D for download.

Ya know I'm like 10 12 hours in to Fallout and I have to admit I am loosing interest. Lots quests and side things to do and less action. But I'm still in to it enough to put the time in. But in a week that will probably all change.

I loved the single player of BFBC2. Did you finish it?

Yes I finished it. I always play the singleplayer before multiplayer.

Well I'm loving it. Not the greatest game I've ever played but this is exactly they type of game I want to see more of. More Duke Nukem, more UT2004, and more Serious Sam. Altho I really didn't care for UT3, DOOM3, or Quake Wars.
NOT ME BTW. Just found this online.

Well to me Duke is a failure, its a game yes, but it is a game designed around a console and not around a PC. It falls way short of what Duke3d was and still is. Every article I read has the same issues with the game and so do I. Bosses are to easy, levels are not filled with enough monsters, and to many puzzles. I know they tried to resurrect a game that had a lot of hands in it, but it still is glitchy and slow. Maybe an attempt at new Duke by Take2 may fix all of the problems.
