I found a trailer for a short indy film in pre-production. What little there is here looks cool.
"c" is an original sci-fi short film about light speed, time dilation, and mutually assured destruction. It is the technical, procedural, and personal story of First Lieutenant Malleck and her radical attempt to salvage reason during an interplanetary cold war.
No 3D CGI or greenscreen will be used in the production of the film. It is intended to be an "antidote" to contemporary Hollywood fantasy, to provide a serious science-fiction experience through a retro space opera aesthetic. Additionally, the film will pass the Bechdel test.
Having shot a brief teaser trailer, I now require funding for a complete short film. I have actors, cameras, lights, and studio space, so all donations will go directly into production, costumes, props, sets, models, practical effects, and everything else that will help build the world of the film. Any contribution counts, no matter how small!
