Yes, the place has heat and air conditioning. If we get cold, we should just be able to open the door.

How many tables do you have? I have 3. I would say we could fit 2 gamers on each. I am not sure how many if any IFS has. They may have a few chairs too.

It looks like there will only be about 10 of us local. I am going to reach out to the other Extra-Life groups to see if they want to Chat via teamspeak during the event.

I will be interested in attending Friday night. When would be a good time for us to talk on a teamspeak server and finalize the plans. What date works for everyone. I was thinking either Saturday night or Sunday. I have 1 6ft table and 3 metal chairs.

Who will or will not be trying the workouts?

Gaming selections? Additions...subtractions...exclusions(i.e. No way in hell am I going to play XYZ game,etc.?)
Food selections (We can do what ever we want, but it would be cool to lean toward "Better-Bad" food choices?), but that is not required.

Here is what the current schedule looks like for IFS.

08:45 Metabolic Level IV - BUTLER
10:00 Metabolic PRIMER - BUTLER - Level II & III
11:00 Weight Loss and Life Coaching

This means there will be others using the facility from 8:30ish to 12:00 noon. Don't worry about others hearing us screaming and yelling (ok...maybe that is just me), we should be in a separate area, but they might have to walk by or through to get where they are going.

I asked Christine (the Trainer) if she could schedule something for us at noon. I am asking Rob if he would give out a free 1 month membership ($150 value) as a prize. I will be letting him decide how it gets awarded. Keep in mind...if distance is an issue, I am going to ask that trading be allowed.

Good idea Murdock. One question is are we allowed to bring in food in. I like the prize contest as well. Dose everyone want to go out to dinner for steak or something.

steak sounds awesome, i'd be down for that. I've got some gear we could run with but definitely needs to be updated... and probably managed by someone who has a better idea of how to... I'll go into details on TS tonight.

Also, if you plan to try to get any sleep, you might want to bring an air mattress, or something soft to sleep on.

The plan will be to slip into " Silent Running" sometime around 4am. Some may be planning on doing that earlier, some might be planning on going the distance, which is fine either way.
