The room rate that FITES negotiated is $92 a night plus tax.

I will be making the ticket purchase on January 1st, so if you know anyone else who wants in at the discounted rate tell them to reply to this thread.

As of now we have 12 seats filled which gets us our own table. I would ideally like to get 6 more seats filled to we can have half of the next table. That would mean that only people we know will be around our equipment.

I'll figure out how everyone can get their payment to me. Most likely it will be paypal or check.
