What are you guys doing for seating? How dose that work?

It is a first-come first-serve kind of thing. We'll have to figure out who's going and when they'll be getting there.

Oh ok. If we can get someone to reserve a few seats for us in a section that would be great. Just wanted to make sure we wont be split up. Wish they had a seating chart like fites.

Yea, they kinda do seating, virtually, on the fly... They have tables set up and chairs stacked in the middle of the room... If you're that concerned with seating, yes, we'll need a core group that knows the head count to be first to arrive and hold tables.

What is everybody doing for rooms. First time going and unsure on how to go about doing this. Any suggestions. I was looking to get a room.

Book one ASAP, you might still snag a "one month out" discount from a hotel near by.

Hows everyone on bawls. I could use a case or 2.
I will also be bringing a LCD for us to use at the lan if we want. Would we be needing a screen. I have one that I could bring.

Umm did anyone actually get a receipt for paying for GXL. I have a paypal receipt but can't find anything direct from them.

Yes. I got a regrestration conformation from them.

Damn I didn't get a ticket. Damn procrastination. Did anyone get an extra?
