Nice numbers, Comcast is offering a gamers upgrade 8 Mbits down and 768 KBits up.. But for a 20 dollar increase per month compared to the 40 dollars a month for 6 Mbits down and 384 Kbits up, looks like cablevision is giving the better connection..

I used this one @
http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ looks to be the same app, linked from dslreports
4010 down and 741 up via wireless on my laptop, I'll have to retest on a hardwired system...

Yeah...that was it. I just did it again (NYC) and I got 6199 down and 779 up.

Here is my speed test with my new cable service. 4.5 times faster than my DSL type service. This is from the Washington D.C. server.

I just got the Optimum Online Speed Boost service... OMG I kick yo' a$$ now...
Right about on the money of the specified 30 Mbps down / 2Mbps up advertised...
