Resources for Admining UT2k4

I want to learn more about setting up a ut2k4 server. Does anybody have anything thats good for beginners.

I recommend that you go to the http://www.unrealadmin.org page first since that has links inside it and many tutorials for all versions of UT:

They have tutorials for both windows and linux installations and they are updated on a semi-regular basis.
