We are hiring across the board in our Support, Engineering, and Development departments. Honestly as the company expands exponentially in the next few years, there are a lot of positions to fill.

Fields the incoming calls from customers and routes accordingly to the desk Queues.

Customer Support Engineers, 2 or 4 year College, if you have the troubleshooting skills and/or experience and not so much college not a problem.
CSE's are assigned by knowledge to 5 desks
Desk 1 Client(Don't need to know all but should understand basics and preferably have expertise in at least area)
CommVault client software
All aspects Windows Servers from 2000 to 2012
Clustering
HyperV
OS logs
vmWare
vCenter
ESXi hosts
Intellisnap arrays
Networking
Firewalls
Basic network routing
ping
telnet
Host name configuration and testing
Mutil Nic card config, backend storage networks
iSCSI
NBD
LAN
Linux/Unix basics

Desk 2 MM(Media Management)
CommVault Library configs and troubleshooting
Handles storage arrays, tape libraries, and connectivity on the backend as well.

Desk 3 Messaging
Handles Exchange/Lotus Notes/DB backups and troubleshooting

Desk 4 Linux/Unix team
Handles Linux/Unix OS backups and DB stuff on that OS

Desk 5 Server
Handles all CommVault Server application issues

Engineers 4 year college
In house Testing
Outside deployment
RTAMs
Outside Technical Account Managers
On site Support Engineers

Development 4 year college
C++ Developer
Web App Developer
