Minecraft server help

Hello:
I am looking for people to help me run my minecraft server. I am looking for people to help build, create new plug ins and help run it. I am also looking for mods and admins that are willing to help out with new people and making sure the server is running smoothly. I am currently building this server and will also need people to help test it. I would appreciate any help that i can get. Instead of doing a Minecraft server, I decided to host a tekkit server. Still looking for people to play on the server. Any interest in tekkit over minecraft.

once again i am trying to revisit the idea of running a tekkit server. I have been watching yogscast and have really gotten interested in playing again. I have been to a few servers and most of them are not run as to how I would like them. They ban way to many items or they don't have a feeling of relying on self dependence. Any interest would be cool.

Bmeister or Murdock will have to show me the fun of Minecraft. I have tried to play the Java demo version and all I do is collect some sandy blocks, kill a few pigs and get fustrated trying to get through the forest. Whats the attraction???

Well server is up! Thanks for the video it helped. Server config is something to discuss.
