Maybe in addition to FITES, some of us can to a meetup at FNF. If you guys don't feel like lugging your machines there maybe we can convince Greg to dust the projector and I'll bring my copy of Iron Sky.

guys update:
I spoke to fites and they reserved us tickets for 25. They asked me to make the payment for all 25 people. I would then give you a code for you to pick your seats. Payment is due to me no later then November 15th at 3 PM You can pay me cash, check or billpay. PayPal charges fees. After the deadline has past all unpaid seats will be up for grabs. Please make sure you pay to get your seats.

ticket price is 40.50 per person. Regular its 45. We were given a 10% discount.

But how are we going to collect the money? 25 x 40 is a lot of to get in 1 month. If we get money from everyone on the list at least we know people won't buy tickets on their own. I'm in for the hotel as well.

response from fites: They will guarantee our seats untill November 16th. After that we wont have these seats and we would have to pick new ones.
