Anyone interest in going to FITES on Feb 22-24th 2013. They are in PA. I am looking to go if anybody want to make arrangement about tagging along we could work something out. Hope to see you there.

Just a update on the registration: It opens up Oct 27th. I would like to get a head count a few days before so I can make arrangements for tickets. If you could get a rough draft by Oct 23rd I will try and get that amount come registration day. Thanks.

I thought I was the one who talks about this stuff first.
But any-who this is great, now we need people to confirm and plan how many tickets to buy.
Buying in bunches quickly, will get a better discount.
Like said before lets get a nice hole were we can fit into, like talked about last year. And avoid the muck of last year

Will the hotel have a Group rate for the event or should I just get a room???

There will be a group rate. I believe it will be around $90.

Just got a email from the staff at Fites. They are requesting that we give them a exact count of how many seats and where we want to sit. The faster we get this in, the better chances we have of getting what we want. Please respond as soon as you guys can. Lets make this happen.
