Digital Storm PCs

Has anyone purchased from Digital Storm? Instead of building my next PC, I am looking at Digital Storm along with Falcon NW, Cyberpower PC and iBuyPower but leaning heavily towards Digital Storm. Thoughts?

Make sure you buy from a company with a good warranty policy and custom support if any thing happens to the computer down the road
Plus why are you thinking about paying a pre-built?
