Infected/Big Dig

Cupcake and I are planning to do either Infected http://stowiki.org/wiki/Mission:_Infected_(Federation) or the Big Dig http://stowiki.org/wiki/Mission:_The_Big_Dig around 10 PM tonight, maybe earlier or maybe later. If we have enough captains who need Big Dig we can do that since myself and Cupcake still need it.

The Big Dig is for Commander 3 and above
Infected is an Admiral 5 mission

Wow, we were unprepared for infected. I need to fill my inventory with hypos and shield batteries. Where do I buy those things? Makes me wish I kept all those drops from the ground missions.

Yeah I was totally unprepaired for that mission. And I'm going to be concentrating my time earning badges in the Borg Sector, they have purple items for sale. which we will need for better armor and weapons. We will also need better organization and a more rounded out team.

Is anyone a science/medical in our little group?

I need some purple ground stuff too. Looks like some grinding is in my future.

I went the Engineer path, got the bunker kit for ground support. But I've got a weekend or two worth of leveling to make Admiral.

Ironically its explorations and I prefer, compared to the STFs. They are random space, ground, and exploration stuff, which keeps it interesting. Problem is the explorations that you do that gives badges is a daily. So you can only get 5 badges a day.
But! The purple weapons that they sell are only 7 badges. Consoles shields engines are like 30 and 40 badges. So thats gonna take some saving.

I'm a Science Officer with a Cruiser, yeah go figure I should have went engineer. I may have to respec to be a medical science guy. We need a medic for ground stuff.

Can't do it this weekend, but i definitely want to do it. maybe next weekend? Our fleet leader has an in game message about it too. I vote for next weekend or even sunday, monday, or tuesday night.
