I added a MANTA only Onslaught mode.
Its pretty fun. look on the vote menu


PATCH for UT2k4 comming out soon, to include some more
cheat protection, and some tweaks.

So you caused the problem where:

I selected DM-Raijen (or something with R but not Rankin) and deathmatch and got a Deathmatch site, but with Onslaught rules to end the game. There were no nodes to create and had an empty map (show when body still) appeared everytime I died.

Since there were no nodes, and no power station to fry, there was no way to end the game. After 135 kills, I logged out. I bet it's still running. Left message for Murdock last night about it.

If your last post is an error you got on Murdocks server,
then it was not due to a change I made.

I made that change at 11:00 am on Wednesday,
and your post mentioned some errors you had on Tuesday night...

Anyway, The change I made was to go from the EXISTING
RAPTOR ONLY battle to TANK ONLY battle, a MINOR config change,

Ok...here is what is happening:

After I restart the server, it restarts with CURSE3. Player plays through CURSE, then MAP VOTE pops up. And you vote for another DM map, it starts and its Onslaught, but on the DM map.

I think this is because of a bug with MAP Vote. I think MAPVOTE is set to pull the last game type, with out checking the MAP.

The best thing to do is bring up the MAPVOTE window and vote for a new map. Everything works fine with that vote.
