Why NJLP servers do not appear in the server browser.

NJLP servers do not appear in the UT2004 server browser because the server browser, by default, only shows "STANDARD" servers.

To make it show, all you have to do is remove the check on the bottom of the browser window that says "Standard Servers Only".

The servers are considered NON-STANDARD because we are running mutators.
