Free Mobo and CPU

It's a Pentium 4 2.4GHz on a Asus P4PE motherboard. It's free because there seems to be an issue with the motherboard and I already have another system. The issue is that it sometimes wouldn't get to the POST screen and would hang there. The CPU should be still good. Anyone interested, let me know.

Dell CPx, P3 450, 128 Megs of Ram, 20 Gig Drive, Windows 2000 Pro installed.

Has a Xircom modem/Nic card in the PCMCIA slot.
