How to change your UT Preloading Screen

Hey,

Butchski here. I did this update, and it works well.

I replaced the "WAITING" screens (per the readme)
and had to ADJUST the textures, I also changed the HINTS and TIPS
thing that shows up on these screens. Its kinda kewl,
but it will all be gone when i get the full version
