Team Fortress 2 is really cool. It takes me back but has nice new features too. We need to play this.

Team Fortress deux

Post by Digger[NJLP] »

Murdock was giving the pep talk today on why I should download it. I'll get it installed tonight and check it out.

It has been a long time.

Got it. This is gonna be a hoot! Love the comic book look.

P.S. Why is peggle so damn addictive? It just doesn't make any sense...

I just got it! The people at valve really are good at this. Just the right mix of the old and new. The maps look different but occasionally I see a bit of something familiar.

I can't wait for Portal. I've been playing Narbacular Drop for a while. Hopefully they'll knock it out of the park

Not ALL the games...

TF2 will cost you $30.
Episode 2 will cost $30
and Portal will cost $20.

Even if you don't want Ep2 and/or portal...It would be like paying $7.50 for each. I'll give you $7.50 for Episode 2! Gift it to me and I can add it to my second steam account.

Portal...Watch the video on the STEAM site...Looks good.

Its ok that you weren't a TF fan...You will be...hehe.

TF is a nice refreshing break from real fighting...I can say that I haven't laughed so much playing a shooter since DMC... Just be ready with the screen shot key. I keep forgetting to have it bound to something I can reach to "save the moment".

TF2 is really a blast. Just like murdock said, a little less serious than bf2, but just a lot of fun. It is a good break from bf2 and css.

I like being the spy. I like putting on disguises and sneaking around. It feels naughty... :naughty:

It is beta..

You used to be able to do that with DMC..

Orange box BS

Post by Digger[NJLP] »

Sorry but this is BS.. Steam has forced the user in to a situation to purchase more of the same thing you already have. I don't need the orange box and this is just a sales ploy to get you to buy more of what you have..

Its just wrong...

If its a beta then it should be released to the community automatically. I refuse to get it just to play TF2 as a beta. Portal looks kewl but its just a mod like many others. Can't see playing it for any extended period of time.

When Valve announced Steam and made plans to start a distro service this was one of things people were worried about.
