CS Server Configs

Can anyone offer any suggestions for the CS Server config file? I can go through it, but being that I don't regularly play CS (or CSS) I might make some bad decisions on what to turn on or off.

I can throw up a server config for a public come and play type of server, or a tournament style config if you want it, which do you want?

You can e-mail be both and I will put them on the server. Got your STEAM ID handy...I'll give you admin rights.

For the CSS servers to run well, you need to put -tickrate 100 in the command line.
