Here are the details...

NJLP’s Reunion / September Lan Party
Who : This party is open to the PUBLIC!
You must be at least 15 years old to be unaccompanied by an adult.
Where : Kinnelon Fire Hall in Kinnelon (BRAND NEW HALL! )
Directions: RT 287 to RT 23 North. Take Kinnelon ROAD Exit toward Kinnelon
9 tenths of a mile (That's 0.9 miles AFTER you cross RT 23) take a LEFT turn at the 3rd traffic light on to RICKER RD.

Take the first Right on to a street (that I will not tell you the name of because it will confuse you) and go a quarter of a mile and make a left into the driveway of the fire hall.

When : FRIDAY September 28th, 2007 (7:00pm) to Saturday night(9/29) (TWO DAYS ONLY) We WILL go to after midnight...We have approval to go to 8:00am Sunday!
( possible 37 hours )
How much? : The low low price of $30. Please try to prepay as soon as possible.

This is a Bring Your Own Computer event. Here is the list of games that people have shown an interest in playing.

As of right now...There WILL be internet access.

There will be several servers running at all times! If there is something you really want to play, post a message on the Lan Party Manager or on the message board on NJLanParty.com.

We might be having tournament. We will setup friendly tournaments once everything gets going. After we get settled, the mayhem begins! Games will be decided by whoever is there at the time. There are no limits as to what we will play or try! Well, ok...The only limit will be LICENSED USERS ONLY!

Rules :

There will be no trading of warez, MP3’s or Movies! We are getting together to play, not clog the LAN with stuff flying back and forth.
You must have licensed copies of the games you will be playing. We will not be responsible for getting our servers to work with your cracked copy.
Adults only. No one under 15 years old with out being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Headphones only: I hate this rule, I really do, however due to power and space concerns, I am asking everyone to use headphones. Don’t worry…We will have at least one spectating system with speakers to provide atmosphere.
No Alcoholic beverages, or illegal substances or activities.

What to bring:

Your PC
All CDs that you may need to start any games you plan to play.
All power cables
A 25 foot Network Cable
Mouse pad
Headphones
Sleeping bag, pillows / blanket
Money for food
Or Chips, snacks, or soda for yourself or to share if you want.

Ok folks...LESS THAN 10 DAYS LEFT to save $10 on the party fee. If you pre-pay by the end of day on 9/10, the cost is only $20! If you pay on or after 9/11/2007, or at the door, the cost will be $30. Remember, if the party doesn't happen for some reason, you get your money back. If you fail to show, you can get your money back if we cover all of our costs.

The best way to pay is to give me cash. The second best way to go is to paypal me at murdock @ njlanparty .com

If you paypal me, just let me know so I can make sure I see it. I have updated the first message in this post with the Nics of the people who paid me.

Yeaaaa.

Total of 20 people prepaied...and all the money cleared! Ten Days before the party! Thanks everyone who prepaid! For everyone else...please remember, the price is now $30. Sorry...but the upside is, the price should include food...Pizza Friday night...light breakfast saturday morning, lunch and dinner Saturday, and if there is anything left over...a late night snack for after midnight Saturday!!!
