Well it was that time of year again, try and get the old DOS title MW2 running under Win XP.

This time it worked!

What you need:

The original CD

nolfb

The CD Spawn install from:
http://vertx.ca/mechwarrior/spawns/

I used the 31st Century - WinXP SP2 Version

Put nolfb into the directory you installed to (mine was c:\games\netmech) and add it to the MECH2DOS.bat file before the mouse2kv line.

like:
@ECHO OFF
NOLFB.COM
MOUSE2KV.EXE 1024 1200 8 8 MECH.EXE

Double click that batch file and... You're playing MW2!

MW2 FTW! Actually, MW2: Mercenaries was one of my favorite games. Wasn't there a remake 2 or so years back?
