I think you need to at all the same files to run it on the server. If you have a problem you should ask it over here http://forums.chaoticdreams.org/viewfor ... 146745f8a6 But I don't think you'll need to if you don't want to. There are about 5 or 6 CUT servers out there.
I guess you didn't have trouble installing the mod? I think of ChaosUT as if UT were done by a different company or in a parallel universe. Very different, but still feels like UT.
