^ Amen to that policy. I would ammend that with a verbal warning at first, and in case that does not produce results the guest should be excused without refund, with possibiliy of blacklisting from future events.

I use Ghost DOS edition as it is OS independent. Just boot cd right into the program, backup, restore, whatever from simple menu of commands, regardless of the state the pc is in. Can't go wrong.

The article exemplifies our society's overall lack of emphasis on the importance of how things work. Schools and parents are to blame, the first teaching us just enough to get by and the latter not passing on key knowledge. Must suck not to be able to change your own oil or better yet nail a picture...
